Small space? Short on time? No equipment? This is a travel-friendly workout I did on a balcony in Italy 🇮🇹! I hope you guys know that every workout I write and post on here is an ACTUAL workout that IM DOING. 👊🏽 

This one is an upper-body, core-focused workout. 

5 exercises, 5 rounds! You can do it in about 20 minutes! Feel free to ease into it by letting the first round be a warm up- move at a slower pace (that’s what I did).
