Do I need a gym membership and/or what equipment do I need? Gym membership not required. Most of my workouts will be something you can do at home with minimal equipment. That said, as soon as I get my home gym set up again, I will be doing more workouts that are gym-equipment specific for those of you who DO have access to that equipment.
A mat, jump rope, resistance bands, dumbbells, and a workout bench if you have one.
How many days per week do you recommend working out? I work out 6 days per week. I recommend at least 5 intense work outs days. I absolutely say that you MUST have ONE FULL recovery or rest day each week as well.
Yes, I always warm up. I include the warm ups in every work out.
