I'd love to see more workouts that include a quick five minute warm up at the beginning! Something to ease the cold muscles into, especially those of us with chronic pain

This one was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! It’s so good “having” you on the screen to remind not to fall behind, the build in timer for both exercises and rest, pure bliss! - and to look out for any mistakes I might be making. So thankful! 🙏🏻
