Funny story, I was in middle of DB rows and the power at gym went out I got to BB curls when they said we have 15 min left to workout so I ran to lat pull down machine and started I was working out with my daughter and I did 55lbs when he said 5 more min I switched to 70lbs and did 15 reps for 2 more sets a new pR
