I am unable to do the BSS with my left leg, so I ended up doing it without weight (still struggling). Hope that’s okay!

It was a good workout however I’m on the short side of the bsl was a bit challenging to get my bent knee to touch the ground. On the last rep I was bit more comfortable and flexible but would you suggest using a smaller box or lounge more to get the knee down?
