Lizette!!! I started your yoga classes on Youtube and you are the only teacher i have stuck with for 2 years now. I subscribed to your app, then unsubscribed because i wasn't doing anything for a couple of months and now re-subscribed because you're my favourite fitness/yoga instructor. I appreciate that you keep your yoga practices simple yet creative and you give queues for breathing etc.. You are so good at explaining everything and keeping it real. Fingers crossed that I will get through the 5 week program this time 🥴🤞 thanks so much for your great work 💙

Loved it, but had a hard time feeling the arm pull backs. It felt challenging just not sure I was doing it correctly.

Absolutely loved it! Felt amazing!! I have lifted weights for a while but wanted to start at the beginner phase just because it’s my first time training with you so I am working through it just a bit faster! But loving it!
