This was my favourite workout so far out of the 5 week beginners. Felt so good to use my muscles, they felt warm and I can feel myself gradually getting stronger without pushing too fast. Thank you Lizette!

It was great! One note is that the ‘equipment’ list i think is the same as week 2 day 2, but should be showing the equipment for week 2 day 3. No big deal but just wan te d to let you know. Thanks!

I loved the 1st one press with rotation, I could feel my abs working too. Lunges we're tough 😖🥴but good, couldn't follow your rhythm. Thanks so much! ❤️❤️
