Amazing. I’ve been battling back and hip pain and trying to find the right balance of strengthening my muscles to reduce pain, without overdoing it. This session and program is working well - the pace is good and the focus is on form. It’s challenging and getting me moving. Thank you Lizette.

Really noticeable weaker right leg in the stand ups. Any advice how to get more of a balance in strength? Really enjoyed todays session!

Loved it! Amazing and the cuing was great for drawing back attention to where it needed to be! Excited to see the progress where the supported pistol squats are at from start to finish of this program! Thank you!
