A bit fast, I can’t keep up with your tempo and since the app doesn’t fully support Apple Watch and Siri commands I had to get up and pause repeatedly. The workout was great otherwise, I am starting to feel progress!

I have been loving the program, but as I increase the weight and challenge I feel the reps are a tad fast while trying to focus on proper form.

Thank you for the modified side plank lift with one leg on the ground! Never knew this existed.
Spent first two rounds focusing on form on pushing up. Final round I did 7 the same way but did the last 3 in full form!
