I’m about halfway through the beginner program and I am loving it and feeling more and more accomplished every day! Thank you for being patient, kind, gentle, and showing me that strength training can be all those things for my body as well!

Can’t say enough about how great these workouts are. Hard enough to feel it, but not so difficult that it leaves me feeling defeated and not wanting to come back.

Enjoyed this one a lot. I have a question though: I have a knee injury and can't really do step-ups. I've been substituting bridges or banded clamshells to help strengthen the knee, but is there something that might be better? I can't really do lunges either, unfortunately.
