This class focuses on active flexibility and mobility to prepare the body for pressing into handstand. Meaning, we'll work on hamstring, hip, shoulder, and wrist opening.

I love these drill classes because they help improve my muscle strength, mobility, and flexibility even though they are so difficult which means that I have a lot I need to work on! πͺπ½πͺπ½
