I did a similar in-person class. The virtual format works better for my schedule, but I do miss having the instructors inform me about where I should be feeling the stretch during the exercises. Even if there was an image that could flash across the screen and highlight the muscles of the body that should be engaged would be helpful. Though I do understand the limitations of virtual vs in-personโฆI still love your routines!
