I love this one and the EMOMs! So challenging but also easy to follow. One of these days Iโll be able to do the last exerciseโฆ.for now Iโve had to substitute a tabletop leg tap without โwalkingโ and I do this workout almost every week.

3 weeks post op, so did this as body weight only as not allows to carry weight in arms. Still got a sweat on!
