I love this one and the EMOMs! So challenging but also easy to follow. One of these days Iโ€™ll be able to do the last exerciseโ€ฆ.for now Iโ€™ve had to substitute a tabletop leg tap without โ€œwalkingโ€ and I do this workout almost every week.
