I haven’t done this Workout in almost 2 years! And since I’m freestyle for the next two weeks before the next summer ready, I wanted to get some really good fat burning cardio in and I knew a follow along would do the trick and this was the one. I’m, impressed that for the jump lunges I could actually do them and they did not hurt or feel weird so that’s huge. I’ve definitely grown so much and I’m so so proud of that. This was still a tough one.
