Girl Toya you don’t play lol. I didn’t modify at all during the cardio part and although it was challenging I pushed through and I’m hella proud of myself. I only modified one workout with Juice. Had to drop to my knees during the plank. Kept falling over to my side anytime I lifted the weight up on the air and I even dropped weight. I just suck at balancing 😆
