- stand up straight with legs slightly wider than shoulders
- keeping core engaged and body reaching to full extension circle upper body around 
- breathe in on lift and out on lower

Full body rotating extension

- alternate between lemon squeezer, v-up, and straddle up
- keep lower core engaged, back straight, and chest lifted

Gymnastic Crunches

- Hanging from the bar, keeping your legs extended 
- Raise up while keeping your core tight to form an “L” with your body
- Lower legs back down
- Avoid swinging

Hanging leg raises

- Raise your shoulders off the floor
- Alternately reach towards your heel engaging your obliques
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Heel tap crunches

- Hang from a bar and focus on activating your core
- Tuck your knees up to one side in a controlled manner
- Lower with control and repeat to the opposite side

Hanging oblique knee tucks
