My life has always revolved around fitness and movement. It wasn’t until after years of training that I realized that physical and mental health comes from the inside too. Now I focus on healing and training from the inside out. You won’t be able to achieve your goals efficiently without first addressing the root of the problem whether it be your gut, your brain, or the connection between the two.
My workouts are meant to keep you training with the proper amount of activation for efficient results. My nutrition recommendations are meant to help you and your gut achieve the proper health and energy to maintain your growth regimen. My mindfulness is meant to help keep you motivated and to remind you that it’s okay to feel down sometimes, but we don’t have to stay down or let our brains beat us in those moments.
I’m here for all of it because I wished someone was there to teach me all these things that I had to discover on my own while dealing with depression, anxiety, asthma, and IBS.
