Description: Day 20 - lower ab City

- left legs straight into the air perpendicular to the ground and press lower back into ground
- slowly lower legs without removing lower back from ground
- hold lowest position possible that allows lower back to stay on ground

45 degree lying leg hold

- Keep your elbow underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Press your hips toward the ceiling to make a straight line from head to toe
- Bring your top arm down and under your body, keeping your hips square and pulling your chest down and through creating a twist in your body.
* Work both sides

Side plank weave (left)

- keeping lower back pressed down and lower core engaged, pull hips up off ground while breathing out
- don’t allow knees to come too close to chest

Lying hip lifts

Side plank weave (right)

- Begin in a supine position with arms and legs straight up
- Roll your shoulders off the ground and reach for your toes
- Roll back down and repeat
