- alternate between lemon squeezer, v-up, and straddle up
- keep lower core engaged, back straight, and chest lifted

Gymnastic Crunches

- Hang from a bar and focus on activating your core
- Tuck your knees up to one side in a controlled manner
- Lower with control and repeat to the opposite side

Hanging oblique knee tucks

- pressing spine into ground, engage lower core and lift feet and chest off of ground
- hold position and kick one foot over the other alternating

Hollowbody Flutterkicks

Starting in hollow body position, lift up chest and bring left knee to chest.
Keeping back straight, grab left foot from under right thigh and weave right foot through.
Return to hollow body position and repeat on the other side.
Breathe in when lowering to hollow body and out when lifting into engaged position.

Make sure to keep core actively engaged and chest lifted.

Lemon Squeezer Weaves

- Place your leg on top of your knee
- Rotate your torso bringing your elbow towards your knee
- Keep your core engaged
- Lift your chest up and try to keep eye sight of your back side while lifting
