Such a great and super fun challenge and the perfect way for me to get back into my exercise routine after being ill for nearly 2,5 months! I feel much happier, more energized and definitely stronger ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Physical changes are not as visible as for others here, but that was also not a big driver for me ๐Ÿ™ƒ

I really enjoy the variety you offer in your training! I enjoyed the core challenge so much I did it twice ๐Ÿฅฐ In week 3 of your gym program and enjoying that one as well. It can be as easy or challenging as you make it. Furthermore, adding HIIT into it and LISS has made my body feel amazing!

So GREAT. Easy to follow. My body feels and looks so good. I already canโ€™t wait for the next one. Iโ€™ve been doing these on repeat since the program ended. Thinking out loudโ€ฆ.you should do a core challenge during the holidays. Thatโ€™s the hardest part of the year for me to stay consistent and I know Iโ€™m not alone. I know itโ€™s a lot more work for you but Iโ€™m so grateful for all that you do Claire and Jared๐Ÿ’ฏ๐ŸŽฌ
