Wow I tripled my times- the sit-ups I did a few more but the times I really improved! Can’t wait to continue getting stronger 💪🏻

Small increase but I will take it Week 1 I could only Do boat pose for 33 seconds. Week 6 was able to hold L raise for 20 Plank went from 1:06/1:50 Sit-ups stayed the same at 28
