Loved the exercises but thing like toe touches into leg dives had to be done in small sets plus I skipped exercise #2 as I just returned from a one hour run and had to fit this in quick but legs were still too tired from the rin

30reps was so tough after several days away for the workouts

Exercises 2-4 of Loaded Deficit a z so timelunges, loaded toe touches and bench dips were all incredibly difficult as I was barely able do 15 at a time initially before settling of 5-10 the rest of the way - it was incredibly difficult today - maybe I am weaker today 😢

Lots of sets required breaks in that exercises 2, 3, and 4 all required breaks in between in order to fulfill the number of reps 😠
