Training Requirements
This workout series requires minimal equipment making it easy to adapt to at home, at the track/park, or within the gym. If you don’t have a workout partner that’s okay! In each exercise description we’ll explain a modification if required!
Accomplishments
Both Omar and Emily come from athletic backgrounds and merged into the fitness industry with the common passion of helping others realize their potential. Former NFL player, Omar, has established a thriving fitness brand @optymyzedtraining where he works with everyone from beginners to off season pro’s with his functional training method. Kinesiologist/former runner, Emily, created @bodybymemethod with the vision of giving everyone the tools they need to take their body into their own hands!
