Loaded toe touches into leg lowers was very tough so did in rep sets of 12, 6, 7, and 5

Doesn’t get any easier:-o some involved a little break in between but got them all done

Jackknife into v-up was so difficult that after clump of reps I dropped to sets of five and quickly into sets of three to try and finish with some semblance of proper technique- beyond difficult
