Incredibly tough getting through 30 reps of most exercises

Loaded pendulum lunge may have. Used too heavy a weught as I could only get 15 reps per leg before total exhaustion

Some exercises - especially #6 - had to be performed in small rep sets to get through 30 - the forward and reverse lunge was perhaps the most difficult and I only did 15 per side

Incredibly difficult sets with only exercises #1 and #4 able to be done with 30 all at one time - all others required many breaks to get through and was thoroughly exhausted when finished

Many exercises were in reps of 10 at a time but I got through one full set in 30 minutes on the Dot although i should say I only did 15 reps per leg of the forward and reverse lunges as it was so exhausting
