Most exercises had to be done in small sets of 3-4 but at least I got them all done which I was happy had a bunch of core work after my overindulging in sweet potato chips today

V-up twist and Russia twist exercises both were extremely difficult and took many tiny sets of 2-4 reps to reach 30 in each of them
