All was good and manageable besides the goblet squats which were the most difficult/ taxing on me

Goblet squat was really tough so had t I break into smaller sets

All about the balance or better stated lack there of as I could not maintain balance during reps of exercise #2

Squats always tough but2nd exercise with taking leg horizontally behind me while touching toe is near impossible for me to keep balance as I fall off to the left or to the right constantly
