Jumping lunges were very tough as I did 14 reps then quick break then to 22 reps then quick break and finally to30

Jump lunges are impossible to do in one constant set so I had to do 15-7-5-3

Jump lunges required several breaks to reach 30 reps but everything else was tough but manageable without a break

Besides breaking the jumping alternate lunge into 15-10-5 reps all went without a hitch

Everything was manageable except those jump lunges I cannot figure out how she kept up that pace even for two consecutive reps - I could only the reps in small sets of five or so each and even then not as quickly as they are shown - incredible
