To finish two full sets I had to just do twenty reps each in the second set but I thought it better to get through all six exercises twice then to only get through half of a second set doing all the reps

It was all great to feel the different areas working especially my abs except the last exercise I had to do in small sets of 2-3 once I hit 20 per side - also the workout only allowed for one set to get completed within 30 minutes but that is okay
