Great re-start as I just continually cycle through the 30 days over the whole year- got two full sets in of each today

I loved it all - toughest part was the plank exercise getting up and down off the lower part of arm

Cannot do 30 plank up and downs without a couple breaks on between- same thing for straight leg sit ups
