I played soccer for 17 years of my life, through college, & have a passion for all things fitness/nutrition! In 2020, I started my own Activewear brand, nikkiFONT, to inspire women & help them feel confident in & out of the gym. My ultimate goal in life is to make a new person’s day, everyday. To live for others & help you all become the best versions of yourselves, mentally & physically. I believe that the key to success is stepping out of your comfort zone & pushing yourself everyday, to be better than the you from the day before.. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
