💡In order to effectively drop your body fat, you will also need to clean up your diet. I recommend eating clean ingredients, whole foods, and a high protein diet with a balance of protein, carbs and fat

🍑 WEEKLY SPLIT
3 lower body days
2 upper body days
2 active rest days
7,000-10,000 steps daily (this is separate from your gym cardio)

I like to take Thursdays and Sundays as my rest days, but feel free to start this program on whatever day is most beneficial to you
