LEVEL ÜP • 10 Week Challenge Welcome to TÜDAY’s very first community challenge!! Follow @tuday.shop on Instagram & tag us in your sweaty selfies as you tackle your daily tasks 💪🏽 This challenge was designed to guide you in the direction to create a healthy & balanced relationship with nutrition, exercise, & your personal life. The tasks will be challenging, yet DOABLE. We want you to build healthy habits & carry on with this lifestyle even after the 10 weeks is completed! 💡 Here is the breakdown — 1️⃣ Nutrition : Choose foods that fit your dietary goals. NO cheat meals and NO alcohol 2️⃣ Hydration : Refer to Page 3 for our TÜDAY Hydration Graph 3️⃣ Self Development : 30 minutes per day of working on a side hustle, enjoying a hobby, meditation, etc. 4️⃣ Exercise : 2 sessions per day — 1 weight lifting/strength and 1 cardio based (30 min minimum) 5️⃣ Progress Picture : Take 3 photos of yourself (front, side, back) every Sunday For more IN DEPTH information, head over to “START HERE” in this program!! 💡We recommend creating an Album in your Photos on your phone titled “LEVEL ÜP.” 💡Add the PDF that you downloaded from www.tuday.com 💡Add your front, side, & back Progress Photos that you take every Sunday 2024 LET’S GET IT
