6 week MIND / MATTER march Program is HERE !!! ⚡️I am ecstatic to begin this program with y’all !! Our goal is to drop body fat & maintain muscle. All of the workouts will be a mixture of cardio (HIIT Style) & weights. 💡 We train 5 days per week, with 1 active rest day, & 1 full rest day. - 2 Upper Body 💪🏽 - 2 Lower Body 🍑 - 1 Full Body 💦 ✨ Be sure to WARM UP before each workout. I played soccer for 17 years of my life, through college, & have a passion for all things fitness/nutrition! In 2020, I started my own Activewear brand, nikkiFONT, to inspire women & help them feel confident in & out of the gym. My ultimate goal in life is to make a new person’s day, everyday. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
