Our priority is running, but we will be incorporating lifting into our split as well!
I am ecstatic to share this program with y’all !! I spontaneously decided to sign up for a Half Mathon, also known as a 13.1⚡️
This program is designed to help you build a healthy relationship with running, and increase your mileage to 10 miles!
From there, it will then be up to you, if you want to keep training and sign up for your own Half Marathon.. OR to just maintain the structure of this program moving forward
💡TIP : start out all your miles slow. Pace yourself and focus on your breathing over everything! If your miles take you 15+ minutes, that is great!!! You WILL get faster, so enjoy the journey!!
We train ~ 6 days per week, with 1 rest day
- 1 Upper Body
- 1 Lower Body
- 3 Runs
- Rest days included
Be sure to WARM UP before each workout. Warm Up routine is provided in the program!
