HOT GIRL SUMMA IS HEREEE! ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿฝโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ’ก We train 6 days per week, with 1 rest day. - 2 Lower Body - 3 Upper Body - 1 Full Body HIIT ALL exercises include some form of cardio/abs ๐Ÿก The GYM program is the SAME split as the HOME program! So if you go on vacation & donโ€™t have access to much equipment (if any), you can hope over to that program! โœจ Be sure to WARM UP before each workout. Choose an Upper Body or Lower Body Routine from the Warm Up Category Bubble! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Choose a challenging, yet manageable weight for your exercises. You should be struggling (keeping proper form) for your last 1-2 reps with the weight you choose. ๐Ÿ“ Take note of the weight you use each week. Try to increase your weight on the second week of each cycle! (Ex. Week 2, 4, 6)
