5.75 miles on the bike this AM before my CrossFit WOD. Tomorrow I’m going to do my mile prediction workout: 8x400 with 60 seconds rest in between. We’re in the home stretch here - stay strong, you can do this!

Forgot to mark complete yesterday. Over an hour on the elliptical. Gave my joints a rest while I waited on better shoes to arrive and todays 6 mile run was great.
