free pumped and surfed 2 miles today on the foil, but not counting that as part of this challenge. got my legs incredibly sore, especially my back (right) leg. had to resort to the bike again, 3 miles✅

Today was a rough one. Time constraints with work. Patched together a 4x 125 m sprints, 800m bike. 1200m walk and 2400m walk to get to 3 miles.
