Welcome to my January Challenge: One More Lap! Together, we are going to run, walk, bike, or swim for 31 days. Outdoors or indoors - I just want you moving! On January 1st, we’ll start with 1 lap or .25 miles. On January 2nd, we’ll go for two laps or .5 miles and so on. This will start fairly easy but will quickly grow challenging. We’re in it together! Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
