It was really good!! I just got done running. An hour before January 2, 2023. It took me 2 minutes 17 seconds for 0.25 miles. My goal for 1.5 miles is less than 13 minutes! I hope this challenge will help me!

On an advertisement during the SNF game I went and ran .25 hard and jogged .25 back. Excited to see where this challenge takes us!
