Recovery day…much needed. Been working the rest of the body with the challenge so todays rest will be nice.

I. am. Sore…. But still powering through any mental breaks. Todays a nice break with just 100 push-ups. Managed to drop my set count from 7 to 5!

Although taking rest days are hard, In the back of my head I know they can be just as beneficial if not more beneficial then not taking one.
