Completed 4/4/23
Started first two sets with 205lbs, then increase weight to 225lbs for the last sets. Last set had to take a break in between reps, but made sure to complete!

Definitely got harder at the end, but focusing on reacting to the bar as if it was my one and only set was very helpful.

Time to complete was 32 minutes. Pretty nice workout. Wasn’t as hard as I would have thought, but I think lift number 3 will deliver on the difficulty! Looking forward to it!

Great workout! Time isn’t accurate because I backed out half way when the workout said 5x8 and needed to check to make sure.
Bench press sets
4x5 @ 175lb
4x5 @ 180lb pause reps
First four sets went up extremely easily, so I added pause reps to my last four and that helped make it a challenge.
I LOVE heavy weight with low reps and a lot of sets! Super excited for Thursday! 💪

Today was pretty challenging, did 5 sets of 8 with 200 pounds. Chest is pretty sore from the last few days
