First week DONE 💪👏 Day 7: Rest!
As promised, today is a mandatory rest day. No lifting, no push ups. Sometimes resting IS training!

Good rest day for my arms and chest. Still did a 5 mile mountain hike with a weighted vest. Loving this challenge though!
