Well did these yesterday, but forgot to start the workout on here….
4 sets of push-ups with 25 reps
Set count is dropping gradually! Hoping for 3 sets by the end of next week.

Broke the 100 push ups into sets of 20, chest has some soreness from yesterdays massive pr! Looking forward to resting tomorrow!
