Highs and lows. This felt pretty easy but high rep hypertrophy is exposing my vertical imbalances.
The lift get easy, I will chalk that up to the program working!

Definitely failed out and reset but got it done. Even did 60 lb (based on my new PR) which would be 57%

This was a burner for me! Hardest workout yet with the high reps. Managed to up it a little more than I expected.
My sets were
1x15 135lb
2x15 140lb
2x15 150lb
Didn’t worry about pause reps for these since I was so exhausted half way through!
Killer workout! Threw in a few sets of triceps dips and pull-ups at the end.
