I started at 275 and finished at 275 - with much better form. A month ago I bent my back so much my ass left the bench but today I achieved 275 with perfect form and 285 was an inch of two from success. I will try the program again with a heftier diet and I think I will see improvements!

Started at 275 last month and now I did 300. I could definitely push 315 but my spotter didn’t feel comfortable so I played it safe

I have been at a plateau at 285 for 2 months. I kept aiming for higher numbers yet struggled to get past it, by the end of the this challenge I was able to finish off at 305! A 20 lb jump was my breakthrough, thank you Nick for this challenge, I’m going to continue to use this is as my program to building a bigger bench until I hit 405 within the next months or years if need be! Extremely happy with my results, so close to the 315 mark!

Finished my one rep max @ 285, started one month ago @ 265 and was able to make a 20 pound increase. Proud of my progress but definitely wanted to touch 300, I’ll keep working, thanks Nick, it’s been fun holding myself accountable
