I can’t believe it. It was hard, BUT I did the first few at my OG 90% and the second at my new PRs 90%… which was my OG PR of 95 lb!

Workout was awesome! Felt great through all the sets! Ended up doing 10x2 at 230lb (only 5lb lighter than my first 1RM!!)
