Holy cow that was a workout! I’ve upped the weight to challenge myself a little more and it worked, that’s for sure. Ended up doing all 8 sets with 205lb, which is 80% of my max from the singles and 87.5% of my starting max! Stronger and stronger day by day!!

Dude. I was sore, which I must be honest, today was the first real day of that, but it was a serious fight to push those last ones out. But got it done. First sets you give, the last one you earn!

Loved this one!! This one was rough, was able to do all the sets at 175 lbs. A few weeks ago I was only able to do 5 sets of 3 at this weight! So I am digging the progress!!
