Last bench workout of the week and honestly my favorite!
10 sets of 3 reps with 205lb all pause reps
My strength is coming back much faster than I anticipated! I figured 205 was going to be tough, but the weights flew during warm up, so I added a one second pause on every rep. Surpringly not sore. At least nothing like the past few days.
