I have been taking the time to rest push muscles for every rest day. I’m rested regularly for push-ups and as a powerlifter I am a big believer in total and thorough rest.

Yesterday wasn’t too challenging today, so not too sore. I did my pushups in 4 sets of 25. I want to be able to do it in three sets pretty soon. I’m excited for tomorrows workout! Stay strong everyone!
